founded American Restaurant Valuators following careers in corporate finance and commercial banking respectively that spanned over thirty years. Throughout their careers, Mike and Steve were trusted advisors to hundreds of entrepreneurs, many of whom owned Food & Drink establishments.
American Restaurant Valuators’ primary goal is to help owners of Food & Drink businesses understand the value of their business, the drivers of that value and, in select cases, ways to successfully exit their business on their own terms. Our consulting practice is highly specialized, with a singular focus on “Food & Drink” hospitality businesses. We believe this specialization promotes greater industry knowledge and a superior work product for our clients. In addition to business owners, our clients include attorneys, CPAs, investment advisors, insurance advisors, bankers and others who advise business owners.
Recent engagements have included assignments with franchised Quick-Service Restaurants (“QSRs”), Limited Service Restaurants, Full Service Restaurants (“FSRs”), a major Food Distributor and a distillery.
